Something broken, confusing, or worth reporting? Email us and a person will read it.
We aim to reply within two business days. If you are reporting abusive content, say so in the subject line and include the group name and what was posted.
info@mybarbets.comSomeone already in the group sends you a 4-character invite code. Install the app if you have not already, then tap "I have an invite code" and type it in. There is no public directory of groups, and no way to find or join one you were not invited to.
Tap "Sign in" then "Forgot password" and we will email you a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, and make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.
Open your profile, then Notifications, and check the toggle there. If it is on and you still get nothing, your phone may have denied notification permission to Barbets: check your device settings for Barbets (or for your browser, if you added Barbets to your home screen rather than installing from a store) and allow notifications. On iPhone, notifications only work once Barbets has been added to your home screen.
Open your profile, then Account, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and personal data. If you own a group, hand it over to another member or delete the group first, since a group cannot be left without an owner.
The fastest fix is the group owner: they can remove any member at any time, and the invite code rotates immediately so the removed person cannot rejoin. If that is not enough, or the owner is the problem, email us and we can remove content, suspend a group, or terminate an account.
No. Tokens are play money. They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, or transferred, there is no way to add to your balance, and no real money is ever wagered or paid out.
Markets that mention you are hidden from you until they resolve, so you will usually see it for the first time after the fact. Speak to your group owner, who can remove it. If it crosses into harassment, email us.
